You really need a car if you want to stay at the Queen's Head Inn. The public transport is so scarce (and expensive! even more than single bus fares in London) that will not allow you to fully enjoy.

Very good value for money. Great food, comfortable, lovely atmospheric old pub, very friendly and welcoming staff and owners. Thanks so much!
Dislikes:
The bathroom could be improved by changing the carpet for some kind of washable surface like lino. The carpet was very clean and new but we think that this is not practical in a bathroom.
