Likes:
The atmosphere in the bar/restaurant and the friendly staff.
Dislikes:
A ghostly visitor during the night that turned the tap on in the bathroom. Harmless, but a little frightening.

The food was excellent and the staff were friendly
Dislikes:
The water in my room from the sink took ages to get warm and the shower would not stay at a constant temperature. Central Heating wasn't on.

Guest Reviews

Overall rating: 4.5 out of 5
Each year I drive from London to Oban and back a few times to visit family. I usually stay in the Premier Inn at Lancaster on my way up and down, but fancied staying in an old pub this time (the restaurant at the Lancaster Premier Inn is poorly managed). I came across the Queen's Head on a quick Google and it had good reviews. I was made to feel very welcome when I arrived and when I dined with them. They have a fantastic local menu and it's very reasonably priced. I'll definitely stay again.
